Magnesia Partially Stabilized Zirconia ceramics are transformation-toughened zirconia, offering superior strength, toughness and wear & corrosion resistance. Transformation toughening imparts impact resistance and durability in cyclic fatigue environments.

Zirconia ceramic materials feature the lowest thermal conductivity of structural grade ceramics. The thermal expansion of zirconia ceramic is similar to cast iron, which helps minimize stress in ceramic-metal assemblies.
